Getting Started
Click "Start Free Trial" on our homepage. You'll need to enter your email, create a password, and provide some basic information about your company. The whole process takes about 2 minutes, and you'll have immediate access to your dashboard.
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs or your account will simply pause until you're ready.
Absolutely. MindSyte supports CSV imports for most modules. You can import equipment lists, employee data, inspection histories, and more. We also have import templates available to make the process smooth.

Billing & Pricing
Our pricing starts at $39/user/month when billed annually, or $49/user/month when billed monthly. We also offer discounts for larger teams. Visit our pricing page for full details.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and can set up invoicing for annual enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Account & Security
Absolutely. MindSyte uses bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL) for all data transmission. Your data is stored in secure, redundant data centers with daily backups. We never share your data with third parties.
